Klavier
IC: AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MASQUE D8
OOC: Klavier's state shifts a lot. I do still enjoy playing him, and I've come to terms with the fact that he's developed quite far away from what canon gives me. He's still the character I'm most dedicated to and I don't see that changing in particular. The new Masque stuff is great because Klavier's been stuck for about six months in a state of pure denial over how much the October games messed him up. I have a set idea of what he needs to get over to fix this, and I fully intend to see that out. I can't play in most of the anniversary stuff (lol work and timezones) but it's there for him to know about. The thing is though, the Masque stuff is also... my main motivator with him. Most of his key relationships have left camp, and Klavier is getting pretty miserable in general, which makes it hard for him to make new ones. Deb leaving is a real blow to him (or will be when I play it out). He wants to go home, badly. So I'll see how I feel once I get through this development phase. I think I'm reaching the stage where there's nowhere else to go with him but home.
Drop: 4/10. It's approaching but I'm not ready for it yet.
Sugino
IC: Whatever :/
OOC: Sugino is much the same as he's always been. He is a backburner by nature and he does not form relationships, because he doesn't give a crap about any of you. He's fun to play when I do, but I have no pressing need to play him a lot. How much I want to keep him varies, but I know I wouldn't be saddened to let him go. He would definitely be dropped in a flash if Kantarou and Haruka left. ...I would miss his pretty icons though.
Drop: 6/10, 10/10 if cast leaves.
Simon
IC: Derp.
OOC: I love Simon a lot but I don't think I'm great at playing him. He's difficult for me and he probably won't get EASIER. He's happy in camp because Nia is here, and I assume he attacks the barrier daily in pure shounen determination to bust it with his drill, but I don't really work a lot of that into camp. Like Sugino, I wouldn't be really sad if I dropped him. Though if Nia left, again, he would go with her so they can get their happy ending.
Drop: 6/10, 10/10 if Nia leaves.
The Player
CFUD has become kind of difficult for me this year. Between full time work and a feeling of disconnect, I don't throw my characters out a lot which leads to them just kind of appearing at random without any real connections. I'm not sure this will change! I have a counsellor to app (if I can pull my finger out and WRITE the thing) and hopefully that will mix things up for me, since I haven't had a new character since September. Ultimately I've accepted the need to scale down my involvement in camp, lest I become riddled with sadness and woe at missing all the cool stuff. I still check the comm every day and all, but I've become more of a watcher than a player. :/a
