I Dream of KC
last week, after our Greenfields Run, there was no better way to reward thyselves but to eat Kanin Club.
during the days when i was still servicing Ford, i'd make it a point to eat lunch or dinner here in kanin club in paseo de sta rosa. i remember the time that it was still a very small restaurant -- and the one in paseo was the only kanin club there is. now, there's a branch in alabang and in Ayala Technohub - both of which i haven't tried, because i firmly believe that nothing can be as good as the one here in Sta. Rosa laguna.
I think at one point, I have ordered and tasted everything on their menu. as in everything!
but last weekend, since we were just three, we didn't eat the whole of Kanin Club.
whenever i eat in KC, my friends would just let me order and they'll just eat whatever i order.
so for this time, here's what we had:
the staple for first timers! cripy dinuguan. it's a must!
then we had crispy tadyang. loove.
thai green mango salad
laing, in lieu of the sigarilyas which was out of stock.. but it was equally as good so it was okay!
and for dessert, we had KC turon ala mode. so goood! the ice cream was keso so it added to the pinoy flavor! love!
I can't wait to go back and eat in KC! maybe we should do it when we go back home from the weekend trip!!!
