if at one point in your life you get a flat stomach, 28in waist line, and 8% body fat, (which i did 2 years ago), then at another point in your life, expect to get fat, gain 20 ++ more pounds and get 4 more inches on your waist (which is me now).
but that doesn't just happen to me. in fact, it also happens to hollywood celebrities, say, wentworth.
