still in davao..
one of the places that we visited in davao was the philippine eagle center. they said it was a must for tourists/first timers so we decided to go there, even if trina hated animals and abhorred animals that had beaks.
so how was it? it was indeed educational! i love it. how educational? say example, bird sounds:
i mean, who would've thought of such sounds right? i tried mimicking them, the birds don't respond.
philippine eagles are named after deep filipino words such as matanglawin, makisig, pag-asa and the likes. however, i squinted twice when i was walking towards one of the cages..
and when i read the eagle's name, i just died of laughter.
we couldn't find her though, baka namalenke..
anyways, other than birds, there's also these steps that had names on it. i think these are people who donated stuff.. the steps actually felt like lapidas in a cemetery.. as if these people been eaten by philippine eagles.
anyway, guess who visited?
