earlier this afternoon i met with the nutritionist for some sort of consultation. at first i was hesitant because she had to get my weight that time and i just gorged gargantuan amounts of meat, rice and hopia last night so i was sure i had gained a couple of pounds.

when i weighed myself, it wasn't bad, i gained like two pounds since last friday, i was 146 now, but at the same time found out it was mass and my body fat percentage went down to 13.9% thanks to the lunch break gym sessions last friday and yesterday as well as the two hour tennis practice last saturday and last night's.

anyway, after measuring, we listed down my usual food intake in a day. she was glad to hear that i religiously eat breakfast and that i have packed lunches. i also listed down my AM and PM snacks which comprises mostly of either a bag of tortillos, cheetos, lay's or oishi.. i mean, whose dumb enough to cheat on a food assessment test right?

anyway, so what was the conclusion?

i couldn't believe it. she actually told me to eat more. SINCE WHEN HAVE I GOTTEN SUCH AN ADVISE?? she told me that i was consuming around 1218 kCal a day at an average and that i actually am supposed to have 2500 kCal a day! but she said that we're targeting just around 1500kCal a day because i might go puking if i do the 2500 a day right away. CRAZY right???! i couldn't believe it.

so now, i bought tons of milk. instead of the chips, i'd probably replace it with milk.. or that apple slices i once tried..... i just hope the milk i bought doesn't have melamine.
