what's happening?
thanks to the lazy and lethargic rainy long weekend saturday, i was just at home, lying down the whole day. i had my laptop to my right, the television right in front of me, and my psp to my left.. so why bother get up, right?
after episodes of runway and shear genius, i was left with one movie to watch, the happening.
what can i say about it?
i know a lot of people really hated it. but if there was one shyamalan movie that i neither passionately hate nor majorly loved, it was this movie. it was okay, borderlining critique apathy. i enjoyed the morbid death scenes, as you all know, i'm an avid fan of such, but those scenes weren't enough to make me love it. i was waiting for the denouement, the climax,the juxtaposition. NONE. i mean, so it's paris that's hit next. wow. great job...
his "the village", had a great denouement, a great one which i passionately hated though. haha. yeah, that was one shyamalan movie i passionately hated. it was so anti climactic, that i hated the misleading trailer more than anything..
so which ones did i love? the signs and the 6th sense. i haven't seen unbreakable and lady in the water. i've gotten mixed reviews on unbreakable, but all negative on lady in the water.
oh, going back to the happening? yeah.. that's all. oh, wasn't really a fan of wahlberg's acting.. ech.
