Applied at Ford/Car problems.

So I went over to Ford today and turned in an application in the Service Department. When the Manager, Don, looked through my application and saw "Blackjack Pizza", he said, "HEY! We order all our pizzas from there! The owner is a friend of mine, he's a great guy." We talked a bit and he told me that due to the economy, he's not allowed to hire anyone right now for full-time... shit, that's where I blew it. I didn't think about it at the time, but I'm all about working Part-time... giving me more time to chill. He told me he can tell I really want to get out and work but he can't do anything just yet. He said he'd keep my application and he jotted down my weekly hours. I think that I'll give him a call back in a few days, maybe even tomorrow and let him know that I'd like to work Part-Time if it's avaliable.

Anyway, that wen't good in a way. Now the car problems...

I got in my car today, pushed in the brake and it went straight into the wirewall. No fluid! Ok, so that's not unusual for me, but I filled it up and it still wouldn't stiffen up. I decided to pump the brakes for about 3 minutes and then drive it around the block... but it was hardly stopping at all. I came back and realized that some how the MC was overfilled, even though I only filled it to the MAX line, there was more in it than I had thought... or than it was showing anyway. I took a large eye-dropper thing and sucked out the excess and put it back in the bottle. Then I got back in the car. The pedal was nice and stiff... but that only lasted through about 2-3 stops... and then I had a very very weak pedal again. I drove over to Ford anyway, being real careful. I need to get a new job so I can get a MC. They're not cheap. :\

And I have to figure out why the pedal is so mushy and soft when the fluid is at max... I think I need to bleed the brakes this weekend and get the air out.
