Okay, so I called HP and they fixed it, hopefully. I love the "Screw it, just let me talk to a real person" option. Turns out the techie's wife is a painter, so we chatted about art while he was on hold with his supervisor.
Last night's Secretions/Phenomenauts show was an A+. Sex Tape Scandal was funny, the other two openers were okay, and then, well, the house just rocked. And people DANCED, dammit.
