Ok ok ok...I'll keep it. I probalby wasnt going to get rid of it anyway ;)
So...I love Anberlin...like a lot.
Today I ran 8 miles in 50 minutes and
then came back and lifted weights for an hour, drank a gatorade and
then did 75 sit ups and 200 crunches! That was insane. The thing is, I
still feel like I could go run another 5 or more miles. I just might.
We grilled out hamburgers tonight! It
was good stuff. I've decided to totally cut out fast food and all that
crap from now on. I gotta get into really great shape for SVSU. I have
some big goals in mind and cant wait to achieve them! Here I'll show
them to you...
400 (quarter mile) - 52
800 (half mile) - 1:53
1500 - 4:00
1 Mile - 4:20
3000 - 8:50
We'll
see how they come and go. That is only for this comeing track season.
Hopefully I can get myself into shape enough. We'll see what happens.
During High school I never had a track coach (one that specialized in
long distance), so this may help me out a lot.
I think only 43 days till we move into the house :)
Havnt hung out with all the people I would like to this summer, and it's going to be a bummer if I dont.
