(no subject)
I'm doing alright, I think. I still get really sad sometimes. Shannon made me a new CD and there are a few songs that made me almost cry. The good thing is that we are still talking. Things almost feel normal...minus the fact that I haven't seen him in a little over two weeks. We still joke around and text each other and ask how each others day was, normal stuff. We've had a few in depth conversations where I end up crying (but he wouldn't know because we only talk online...) but each time it makes me feel better about this. I don't want to get my hopes up to high, but I still really hope we'll get back together, and that's why I kind of think all of this was a good thing and why I'm okay with it. This is the longest period of time we've been apart and I think we both just needed that. We decided we were going to see each other soon (but it couldn't be soon enough....) and that makes me really happy. If none of this makes any sense, I'm sorry. I've been talking myself in circles lately.
Anyways, I've been trying to keep busy with work, trying to hang out with friends, and going to the beach. I actually haven't gone to the beach in a week or so cause the weather been pretty shitty. It's been really nice hanging out with my mom and sister. My mom said I'm taking all of this stuff really well, and I think I am too. I guess that's just because I understand Joe better than I thought I did.
Tonight I'm supposed to be hanging out with Kaley, some family thing she has and then I think we're going to go out after that. Tomorrow and Sunday I have work at night. Then next week is work in the morning, off on Wednesday so I'm going to to Sea Side and hang out with my friend Brit from school :) "One of my best friends is a lobster girl you know." hahah she's so white so I've been making fun of her saying she gong to be SO white standing next to me and she no she's going to be a lobster. Guess you have to know her to get it but either way, I'm excited. Then work work work then I have off for 3 days. One for my cousins bridal shower and the rest just because I can. Then I work one morning and I have my uncles retierment party. Then more work.
Summer is going by really fast....but I'm going to go jump in the shower and get ready. PEACE!
