stupid travel...

so, the last two out of three trips i've taken i've returned and been sick. the first trip, i travelled with a two year old, so the illness is totally understandable. but this last trip i had the added bonus of getting sick going to the destination, being sick the whole trip (really didn't make it fun to sit through two and a half days of lectures.. not to mention that i probably didn't get as much out of them as i could have), and i'm still sick. i missed two days of work, and actually went to the doctor. antibiotics and prescription decongestants are good things, but my ears are still popping and my head's still clogged...
and to boot, i'm in a whiny mood. so i'm whiny.
