What an eventful weekend it has been. Very eventful indeed. I followed the Alkaline Trio throughout Florda on their three dates on our shiny state. On Friday night they played Orlando, SUCKED! Saturday was the Factory in Ft. Lauderdale, that was pretty good. Sunday was the ever-so-welcoming State Theatre; whata wonderful show it was. Alkaline Trio is awesome, but the highlight of the tour was PRETTY GIRLS MAKE GRAVES! What a bunch of fukin amazing people! Amazing band, amazing music, amazing boobies on the lead singer, and amazing niceness. They are unbelievable. We totally backed them up, shouting their lyrics when nobody else new who the fuck they were. It payed off on the third show, cuz they totally shouted us out, and played a song we requested. AHHHHHHH! How great it was.
Today I went to see Snoop Dogg and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in West Palm Beach...but, oh yea. We got there fukin late and missed Snoop's performance! I FUCKING HATE BAD TRAFFIC!!!!!!! I can't believe I missed my favorite rapper's performance! I'm still very dissapointed. The good part was that the RHCP put on an awesome performance. Seriously, Anthony Kiedis is a dancing machine. That fool does not stay still for one second, doing fukin flips, and kicks, and other silly shit. It was great. And then, I get a phone call from my friend Emily, and she tells me that she's in the show and has an extra backstage pass for me...WOW! Hell yea, I want in. So, I got to go backstage, where...get this, there was FREE BEER!!! and free food. AWESOMENESS! After the show, there were about a hundred other people who had backstage access, and when the guys from the band came out, they all flocked them, so I didn't get to actually meet em cuz Laci, Lex, and the rest of the gang where waiting for me...so I just got to see them from 10 feet away. Oh well, they did an amazing job performing...very impressed over here. At least I got to go backstage...I can say that now.
I can't believe I missed Snoop.
