I've always had nightmares with bridges.  I could be doing anything from:

-- falling off of them

--falling through them

--watching something horrific happening below them

--stuck on one side of a broken one and desperately needing to reach the other side

-- trapped on them. Chased there, usually

So.  I have issues with bridges.

I've noticed something else showing up.  Often.

Elevators.

Fucking elevators.  Half of the time I'm trapped in a god-forsaken Willy Wonka-esque elevator.  They go upways and downways and sideways and backways.

But never niceways.

Sometimes they are elaborate fuckers, with special rooms and doors.
Sometimes they aren't.

Nothing good ever happens on elevators.
