I'm so glad you're okay.

My mom works, well more likely worked, in Bellevue. We saw some channel 5 footage of the area where her work is and we could see the roof of the building and only the roof, the rest was under water.

I just feel so overwhelmed when i think about it all.

Me too, I've wanted to break down a lot of times but I haven't. I'm sure it'll all come rushing out. I just want the water to recede and real recovery to begin.

She worked at Healthcare Pharmacy on Newsom Station (I think). Her bosses are going to try working out of their home for now so at the moment she still has a job.

I almost broke down when I saw pictures of Riverfront Park.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. Have you seen the inside of the arena? It's hard to believe that the place where I saw Green Day twice is basically a swimming pool.

Yeah, Chelsia's fine. Our part of town wasn't badly affected.

That's good. I knew some of Antioch was hit but another part was fine.

It basically looks just like the inside of the Titans stadium.

I just looked up pictures of it and yeah, the stadium does look like a swimming pool. It's so unsettling to look at pictures of downtown like that.
