"virulent" is the word the story uses right now. This being the Internet, you have no proof it was ever otherwise :P.

Yup. "Virulent" to me implies quickly contagious, which to my knowledge asbestos is not.

well, if it really *is* contagious asbestos, that's definitely something to be worried about. :P
