the other day as i was riding the morning streetcar, listening to my adorable little iPod, i happened to notice just how many of my fellow travellers were likewise coccooned in their own little sonic worlds.
the thought struck me that it would be totally awesome if everybody just got up and spontaneously started dancing wildly like the people in the ads.
(yeah, i know. on a typically over-packed Queen's Quay streetcar, it would probably lead to massive injuries. but the principle is cool even if the reality of it might not be...)
now i find out that newmindspace is doing something very similar this Friday. without the massive injuries, one hopes. :)
sadly, i'll have to miss it. not so sadly, it's because i'll be making musical art elsewhere. :)
wish i could be in both places at once......
