damn why am i so crazy. for the third night in a row.. i stayed up to play cm. except this time i didn't sleep at 6 coz i had to go to school anyway. oh shitt. i can't get addicted.. i'm not rit? i'm not! i'll stop when i get home. :) i know i will. [ahaa got chivu for 4.8, dida for free, tobiasen for free, okoronkwo for 750k or sth, blah blah this offseason!]
and that cristiano. we can safely forget beckham.. i didn't get to see ronaldo play, but from allll the people i heard from, man he was good. maybe even better than beckham.. one might remember that he wasn't exactly gifted with the skill of embarassing big league defenders with nifty footwork. hope channel i still has epl highlights then maybe i'll ask my dad to tape it.. since we can't watch it. and it's not just him too. no beckham, no veron, who to take free kicks? who else but beckham's former partner on the wings, ryan giggs? yesterday wasn't the first time he scored a marvellous free kick in beckham territory.. just go see the juventus pre season friendly.
kaya's birthday yesterday was one of the best days in boarding house.. lotsa cool stuff happened. hahaha. oh and happy birthday kakakakaa and thierry henry! we had the ri vs chs match that dunno who organised. woke up and went down to the field to find alot of people already there. after some kick around and some planning the match started. i dropped back from my preferred amc position to play mc with joo siang, but as the match progressed i kinda became an attacking mc who runs back and joo siang became a defending mc who runs up. rustu recber [diwei] was our keeper, not that he had many shots to save, because our defence consisted of the ever steady fong yi, speedy rayner, solid colin and attack orientated kep yong. we won 7-1. ri's seng chee guy scored the opening goal before bingyang hit them with 3 in succession, and the second half was all us as joo siang, fong yi and i all got the score sheet.
they said it was their best team, but total domination? i don't think so. they subbed their keeper for another guy who was playing outfield for the last 10 minutes or so, and he was tons better.. i dun understand why they didn't play him from the start. he actually parried fong yi's long range screamer just enough that i couldn't reach it.. if he had just blocked it, i would've pounced on the rebound. and he somehow got his legs in the way of the ball when he committed himself the wrong way when it was a 2 on 1 on him with me on the ball.. grr! haha.. tried to be cheeky and did crazy moves and quite a few actually worked. backpass thru defender's legs, through pass thru defender's legs, zidane's control thing.. lololol.
