Funny thing happened on the way to Applebees this afternoon...

So this afternoon I go and pick up Amanda for our wonderful (post 21st birthdays) lunch at Applebees. We're going down Howard and right by Video Hits Plus we see a car has broken down. Standing in front of the car with the hood up is a young man, couldn't have been older than 18 or 19. It goes without saying that several sarcastic cracks started coming from us, ranging from "I would smear oil on my face so when AAA comes they thing I tried," to "there appears to be something leaking from...the uhh...carborator." So we're sitting at the stoplight watching this young man do his best to fix his vehicle when out of no where he SLIPS HIS SHOE OFF and begins to BEAT the shit out of the engine. I swear we almost crashed I was laughing so hard. Only in Kalamazoo.

P.S. I just bought all the Coldplay CD's.
