right now i'm at a crossroads with finding a job or staying at my current job. here's my dilemma:
  • major perks of finding another job is: benefits and less stress....
  •
  • major problems with finding another job: waiting a little bit longer to get paid, IF i do get the job, and what they'll say if i'm pregnant...
  •
  • staying @ current job perks: getting paid weekly
  •
  • problems with staying at current job: VERY HIGH LEVEL OF STRESS...UNWANTED and UNNECESSARY STRESS

my current problem, which i do not have a problem voicing out, is how my boss acts like a 4 yr old. and me being the personal assistant doesn't help, especially when the owner doesn't hold herself accountable for her actions towards the organization itself. and if you don't know already, i feel that the weight of the school rests on my shoulders, not hers. the responsibilities i have right now is pretty overwhelming now that i'm pregnant. i'm also tired of asking how much i need to have per week (pay wise) instead of getting my full pay. these are all unwanted and unnecessary stress that she has brought upon the organization itself, the type of stresses that were actually preventable had she chosen to be really accountable for her actions.

it's funny, today's my day off, but i decided to check my work email anyways...and she dares tell me that the faculty/staff contact list is unreadable? **start of rant***WOMAN, YOU ARE FUCKIN' STUPID!! I EVEN LABELED THAT SHIT TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO READ...APPARENTLY YOU CANNOT READ!?!? HOW MUCH SIMPLER DOES IT NEED TO BE?!?!***end of rant*** yeah that's right...she only wants to see what she wants to see. i'm really at my wit's end over here.

i'm not showing yet, pregnancy wise...but i dunno if choosing to take the next step forward into finding another job is a smart idea right now.  but at the same time, i don't want to deal with this shit up until october!  ooh...not only that my hubby will prolly be laid off in the next couple of weeks @_@....

ahhhh help anyone?
