Well, here's a brief update on where I am in my life:
I have accepted UPenn's invitation to matriculate next fall and am looking into starting a summer rotation so that I can be in Phily and be paid right away.
Heather has accepted Teach for America's invitation to join their 2007 corp and will be teaching somewhere in Phila for the next two years. Right now she is going through the painful process of studying for the GRE, Praxis I, and Praxis II all while trying to graduate with the rest of her courses this semester.
My semester has been incredibly light, at least compared to other semesters. In about two weeks I'll have a stresful 10 days while I have an exam and two group presentations, and then it will lighten up again while I write 1 paper and study for two final exams.
In between now and then Brandeis is providing us with some time off. I will be leaving for Israel on Saturday to celebrate Passover with my entire family. A good family friend in Israel is expecting her second child, is due any moment, and I'm hoping there will be a baby waiting for me to play with when I arrive.
My IM Innertube Water polo team made it into the final four of the playoffs. It's been awesome and I can't wait for Dodgeball and Softball to finish off this year's IM sports.
That's all for now,
Cheers
