I just lost my exteral where i keet most of my music so i feel your pain. have you tried a system restore?

I didn't, but only because I know that it has to do with programs not files so I didn't see it being much help. I did, however, make a desperate plea not only here but twitter and my AIM. This gave me the help of one of my most computer savvy friends who lead me to www.yamipod.com If you ever have this sort of issue it'll help ya big time! He's basically my hero right now.

I have nothing helpful to say, but damn that sucks! Once my dad deleted EVERYTHING on my PC coz he accidentally removed the partition, but he borrowed some random undo delete program off his mate and it restored EVERYTHING. It was quite creepy, and possibly illegal XD
