In relation to the email address, I still like 'woah_its_a_man'

Out of that short list above, I think 'polly_waffle'. But I think you'll end up looking back on that in 10 years and go 'omg, I was so lame'
Maybe, if you want one to keep for a while, 'consistently_inconsistent' would do it.
