Why does Lew Rockwell publishes so much by Gary North, who is a R. J. Rushdoony apologist and while he is a Von Misian, he is also a thinker in Christian Reconstruction movement? Did North renounce the movement somewhere? I have no problems with Christian Libertarians, but dominionists are not libertarians. Biblical law is pretty restrictive, to say the least.
