Test: What can I do with a bunch of stale cookies?
FLIST: This is a test post for bakebakebake. I've never posted there with pictures, and I sincerely fail with html stuff, so I am testing it here. Go ahead and have a read, if you'd like; it is a recipe request.
Hi all,
I have a big tub of stale cookies from the past many months. Do you have any thoughts on what I can do with them? There are mini chocolate biscotti, ginger snaps, and cinnamon animal-shaped cookies. I have heard of using crushed graham crackers for baking, but I've never ventured into that realm, and rarely have many stale cookies around the house. So, any recipe suggestions? I'm a fan of cookies, muffins and bars.
I don't have a mixer of any sort, so any mixing will be done by hand (so no mirengue!)
