Okay, just watched the VMAs. I gotta say, of all the entrances, I liked Paramore's best. I want their smart cars. Tokio Hotel made me laugh, too. Katy Perry with Miley Cyrus in tow was fairly amusing as well, considering Perry's comments on TRL.

I'm glad that Tokio Hotel won an award, and Bill was so fucking cute in his surprisedness, but I wish that Katy Perry had taken something home. Oh. And P!nk was pretty damn cool. Why won't my hair do that?
It annoyed me that Britany won so much shit. I mean...her song isn't all that great. And she's not very smart, AND, she was supposed to perform and she punked out. They also seemed to have given her the awards for the same reasons as the Grammy people gave Amy Winehouse her awards. (Although Amy Winehouse so totally owns Britany.)
This year was set up better than last year, I gotta say, you got so see more of the performances, and there were more performances. The Jonas Brothers song failed, though. I kinda hoped that they were joking, and it was in really bad taste. Because...FAIL.
Russell Brand got on my nerves a little, but I did appreciate the Obama bit. And yes, I did squee whenever John Legend showed his face. That man is attractive! Paris Hilton also made me laugh.

She's an idiot. Yet, she has insane amounts of money. Explain this to me.
Kanye was amazing. I want that song. And I don't even like hip hop all that much. But...yeah. Want. Ooh, Cee-Lo's on the TV. Cee-Lo is the shiz. The video for Who's Gonna Save My Soul is amazing. Like, giant heart that sings and is bleeding and dripping all over the place. Also? The photoshoots? With Danger Mouse? Very cool. The Superman one is my favorite.
So. In conclusion. I want John Legend's new CD. I think that Britany and the Jonas peoples fail epically. And Paramore's new album shall probably be kick-ass, her voice got so much better over the past couple of years. Oh, and Pete Wentz can't dress himself. That is all.
