since i have some time before i'm supposed to meet up with michelle and beth for brunch, i figured i'd use it to update everyone on my life. don't you feel lucky?
jon was here for over a week, leaving last wednesday. we had such an awesome time--wandered around central park, went to the museum of natural history, ate dinner in little italy, etc. it was lovely having him here. but now he's gone, and that is a bad thing. but i'm working on going out to york to visit my linds and him sometime in late february, so...yay! but for now--stupid atlantic ocean. i'll kick your ass...
i finally recorded the VO stuff for tracer with luca last tuesday. worrrrrd em up. i still think i sound too 'me' ish, but whatevs. as long as you're happy with it, luca.
i'd been meaning to talk to my brother for weeks now to thank him for his birthday present to me (a little gift pack of kiehl's moisturizing/cleansing things), but apparently his SIM card has been fucked, so i could never leave him a voicemail. i finally got ahold of him saturday night, and we had a nice chat about how thanksgiving went on our respective coasts and how much fun christmas is going to be. he called me at 8:30 a.m. (5:30 his time) yesterday, incredibly drunk, and left me a message saying thanks for the call, i was just thinking about you, and i know i don't say it enough but you're my sister and i love you. there was some garbled stuff after that...but if any of you have met my brother, you know how big of a holiday miracle that is. i got all choked up listening to it. so, folks--people DO change. and it's fabulous.
speaking of christmas...know where i'm going? go on, guess. nope, not there. ok, i'll tell you: disneyland! i think it's gonna kick some ass is what i think. and then i'll probably hop it over to linds' to polish off her leftovers. wheeee!
