I just went back looking at my old journals I have to say this was the true turning point of my life

Cement floors and jail clothes...
So, I got out of jail yesterday. I was in that god forsakin place from 5:30pm Saturday, until Monday at 5pm. I had to take a shower with six black guys, sleep on a cold floor and eat the worst food ever, all for an MD player. So Saturday Charlie and I went to Sears and tried to steal an MD player. I was going to sell it so I could have some gas money to go and find a job. Charlie was just going to keep the one he got. So we go and do it up, and we get caught. It's a long story, if you ask me face to face I'll tell you all about it.
I will NEVER steal again...fuck jail...but now that I'm out, I'm glad that I got caught. I've seen what jail is like it's going to make me stop stealing. It's not worth it. It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it.
I think the worst part of this whole thing is the fact that Charlie's parents hate me now because they feel that I made him steal, and if I wasn't his friend he wouldn't have ever done it. Maybe they're right, but I never tried to make him steal. I think maybe if it wasnt for Charlie, I wouldn't have stolen as much as I have, but I take full responsability for what I've done and I will never do it again.
I think every one of my friends steal. I'm asking you to stop! Jail is the worst place I've ever been to and I was lucky I got out in only two days.
I know that no one will believe me right now about me never stealing again but you'll soon see that I've stopped!

im sorry about what happend to you two...next time (hopefully there wont be a next time) you two make me your first call and ill get you out...i actually called charlie the other night to help get you out...but you were out...thats good...shouldnt be sleeping on hard floors...take care of yourself and behave...bad boys...what will i do with you guys?

are you serious? friends? i'm flying to los angeles next week, i'm supposed to move in with my friend on montezuma rd in SD who knows
