Sore muscles are soooore.
Volleyball practice was pretty good! My smashes are still nowhere, but my passing and serve are good. Trainer applauded my passing even! Whooo. Bummed about my lack of good smashes though. I'm missing match-rythm and I think I still can't play freely because of my back and shoulder. Like I can't give 100% into a smash because I'm afraid I'll damage something again. Sigh, dodgy overall!
