Sport 1 seems to think it's a good idea to replay Denmark - Portugal about 297391 times. Like anyone in our country's even remotely interested to watch that game after the World Cup debacle. Idiots. Ronnie's penalty made me laugh... only a little.
They do have the England game later on, but I prefer the BBC because they have Gary. *coughs*
Not even looking forward to the Luxembourg - Holland game. Mostly because we usually suck playing against amatures and because our current squad lacks experience badly. Half of them's played less than 10 international caps! Only Edwin's a steady factor.
Our midfield? Denny Landzaat, Stijn Schaars and that bloody Theo Janssen. Oh yeah, I bet the rest of the world is sure impressed by that. *snickers*
Hopefully they'll be fine though. I know Denny and Stijn have got what it takes. They just need to prove it. Janssen can always be subbed by Demy de Zeeuw. *nods*
