A Wand'ring Minstrel I
Went out to Valley Fiesta last night! There were extraordinary amounts of cleavage in the streets. I ended up spending most of the night in the Met with Meg, Declan and Mandeville, as opposed to actually going and seeing any music. Which I don't mind! I am quite a fan of the Met! T'was a good night.
There was a 1930s movie of The Mikado on the ABC this afternoon. I really quite enjoyed it! Even though I realised afterwards they left out a few really good songs. It's amazing how ungenuinely Japanese it is. I love it so! Mother bought a book of 'Gilbert and Sullivan - The Savoy Operas' from an antiques show, so now I have all the words and am free to act it all out myself like a complete dork.
I need a shower.
