Well, I've been working out pretty hard these past couple weeks.
I'll start posting some pictures every couple weeks as progress.
My scale isn't budging, but I'm eating right.
And my measurements are creeping lower, slowly SLOWLY but surely.

SOOOOO here's ME. AHHHHH!

tell me what i should work on... )

hi hi! thank you :)

welllll..
my diet is like this:
1200 calories per day. 12g fat per meal, 1 3g fat snack. 39g fat total.
so usually, i have a banana + 1 tbsp natural PB + coffee. lunch is Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with lettuce, tomato, mustard + baked lays. Dinner is whatever i figure up. And I usually snack on dried fruit/almonds. :)

I train 2-3 days a week with weights. And 4-5 days a week cardio. Cardio usually lasts 45-60 minutes. :)

By your pictures, you look very in shape and trim! You must workout often also. :) And btw, my scale has budged since that entry :)

our diets are completely different lol. that's what i like to hear though cause everyone is different. i don't count my calories. i just count my protein, carbs and sugar intake. i don't worry about fat, but i do try and keep that low.

when i'm trying to trim down i take in 400 grams of carbs a day on the days when i lift with weights. i eat 300 grams of protein a day everyday. I eliminate ALL sugar intake.
meals 1 - 4: 100 grams of carbs + 50 grams of protein
meals 5 & 6: 50 grams of protein + green vegetables

my cardio sessions are 45 - 60 minutes. we're about the same there.

HOLY CRAP
thats too much counting for me, lol
and i dunno how you can eat that much protein!! thats really hard on your kidneys to eat that much protein.. isn't it?
like the average person only needs 0.8g protein per pound of body weight.. but if you lift a lot, itd be 1-1.5g protein per pound of body weight.

i love green veggies :)
