If secret lovers' touch
And secret lovers' gaze
Could breathe life into this place
Of cardboard boxes and metal sheets,
Lay down roots so vast and immovable,
Bring forth branches that flower with the brilliance of sunrise
And catch the cool morning dew
Like your eye catches mine,
Bloom here in the silence
Away from the inquisitive
Away from the pressures of time
So that a decade is but a moment,
Let our fingertips
Our pupils
Meet.
