Reason #572 why Waterloo Parking ticket bitches SUCK
Just because there is snow on the windshield it does not automatically mean you can give someone a parking ticket! I paid for my right to park at MKV yesterday and dammit thats what I did. The ticket stub thingy was on the dash but noooooooooooooooo parking bitch said I didn't show it (there was snow on my windshield and I got the pleasure of pulling it off dripping with water). Well fuck you because I'm going to appeal it and win because I have my stub thingy that says I paid for parking! so :P stupid frickin parking bitch. UP YOURS!
P.S. I'm not really so mad just more annoyed that I actually have to go through the process of writing a letter to the appeal board when the idiot just had to wipe away the snow a bit.
