I like Morgan. You are saying with Morningwood. Our camp is so so strict on staying in period. So very, very strict. Basically we are anywhere beween, say, the 13th and 16th century, our dominant cuture being generic Western Europe, Italy, Turkey, Scotland, Ireland and North Africa, oh yeah, and Japan. Many people switching cultures on a day to day basis. So as long as you can stay within these stringent guidelines you should be ok. Oh and our convenience and comfort level is early 21st century (no mud brick ovens for us - we just hide out technology behind tents and screens).

I'm horrible at picking names. One of my early D&D characters was named Wombat the Superfluous. You can use that if you want. :}

One of our other on-line friends has a penchant for odd names for his characters. He had an AOL SN at one point of Mortal Wombat.
