Halfway Down the Stairs
So last night, I was halfway up the stairs and stopped ('cos sometimes my legs just want to do that) and found myself misquoting a song from The Muppet Show!
Of course, I had to look it up today, didn't I? And share it with hubby, who didn't watch The Muppet Show, because, why not?!
I hadn't realised (or had forgotten) that's the words are from a poem by A A Milne. Anyway, for those interested, here's a song I loved so much in my childhood that I could often be found sitting halfway down the stairs at home! :D
