So in 2019 I read 76 books that I finished, 1 e-book that turned out to be a short story and 8 books that I didn't finish for various reasons. All of this doesn't include any Bible or fanfic reading.
Previous years:
2018 - 44 finished, 4 not finished
2017 - 44 finished, 1 not finished
2016 - 50 finished, 5 not finished (possibly up to 3 more books that I did read, but started the tracking late and couldn't remember which year I read them in)
There was a drop in reading, and now there's a definite up tick!! I suspect in my youth/early twenties (basically prior to me owning a computer and getting on the world wide web), that I read as much as this a year, if not even more!! I know I used to devour books at an alarming rate before the internet took over!!

I have to admit that 'Three Men in a Boat' by Jerome K Jerome almost got added to the 'not finished' list, as after the first chapter or so I got bored with it. But it's a classic, so I felt I should push on. Finished it, but yeah, bit of a slog! Supposed to be really funny, but clearly not my sense of humour!
