If you make the trolley parks wide enough for a car to park in it, what do you expect? Common sense?
Why can I see Neal getting this for Peter as a prank gift? And why can I see Peter thinking it's a wonderful idea and wearing it, to Neal's utter dismay? Or pretending to think it's a wonderful idea to mess with Neal's head?!
