Alrighty. New split for the summer, it begins this thursday:
Monday: Chest, Legs, Abs, Cardio
Tuesday: Biceps, Triceps, Cardio
Wendsday: Shoulders, Back, Abs, Cardio
Thursday: Chest, Legs, Cardio
Friday: Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Cardio
Saturday: Shoulders, Back, Cardio
Sunday: Rest
This ought to work out well for me over the summer. I'm going to be hitting it hard to try to shave off 20-30 lbs, and add 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. I'm very determined to do this, and I know that I can with discipline and hard work. I'm pumped.
