Fuck Gateway!!
Listen to this. We FINALLY got our new TV Delivered and yes, it too has something wrong with it. The TV is humming and the picture is not as clear as it should be. So we call up, and sure enough they send us another one that was delivered today. Take a wild guess on the condition of this one! The box did not have a shock sensor on it (A little indicator to tell whether or not the TV has been tip or bashed around) so Kendall denied it and sent it back. I HATE GATEWAY!! Seriously, they are by far one of the worst companies out there.
A bit of good news is that I found a class action lawsuit that was filed against them in regards to our exact type of TV doing exactly what it has been doing to us. We are defaintly getting in on that. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly, but until them we are stuck with a POS TV.
