Outside Front. I recommend putting a fence around the yard for aesthetics. I only took it out so the house would be under 20K.

Here is the outside of the "clean" version. This one was built in AnyGameStarter using only Nightlife and Base Game.
This one is not so green. ^.^
This is the custom content I included with the Regular version. You don't have to add it if you don't want to. I suggest using Clean Installer of course. There is no custom content in the "clean" version... obviously.
