strange 5 mins
So i had an interesting and odd 5 mins yesterday with toby and amy. First toby and i headed to an ATM bc toby needed some cash. I see this guys dressed in khakis and a button down walking directly towards us. At first, i assume he wants to use the ATM. Then he stands inches from my face and says "did u get it out?" Toby and i are surprised so we ask "what" and he repeats again. this time, i know what hes talking about but since toby is still getting money out and i figure this guy might try to rip her off, i say what again and then tell him i dont understand to buy time til toby sticks her 140€ in her pocket. then the guy explains that hte money in the atm sticks in the heat and sometimes doesnt come out. i´m relieved to hear a sensical explanation to what this guy has been saying so i take a step back to leave hten hte guy takes a step into me again inches from my face and says in spanish "how hott u are." Yup, creepy prep fuck. who, by the way was missing half a tooth. So we walk away and laugh at all the weirdos htat exist in cities. We go to walk around a section that is ribboned off bc of hte fresh cement and sure enough toby steps in the wet cement wiht her fli flop clad foot. so we stop and laugh while everyone points and stares. meanwhile toby is still licking her dripping ice cream cone in one hand, amy is doing a photo op and documenting the moment and i´m pouring water on her foot so my gf doenst become a living statue. Also while passing the cement site, amy split her foot open and i laughed b4 i knew the extent of it. a min later as we crossed the street a 70 yr old man told toby she was hott. this guy looked like a retired businessman. not expected. sevilla is full of odd surprises...
so i´m down to a week in spain. trying to get my ass to start studying for finals that start in 2 days. BUT were going out to the club tonight, meaning i wont get back til 5-6, then i have to wake up at 9 bc my uncle is coming to visit me at 10. yeah i havent seen him since i was like 6 so i´m terrified and dont know what i´ll talk to him about. i´m really nervous about it.
