Today we visited a lot of churches. Perhaps the most interesting monument was the church with the Holy Steps. Constantine's mother brought them from Jerusalem, and the only way to climb them is on your knees. There were several people that were climbing them that way, praying on each step before moving to the next. There were several nuns and tourists. At the top was a chapel for the Pope that had a painting that was "not painted by any hand." It was just a holy place that was very moving.
