(no subject)
Boring day at work today. Luckily I left early because I had carpet cleaners scheduled to come to the house. I know it's expensive to pay someone to clean our carpets but our cats are sometimes still using the diningroom, first floor hallway and office as their litter box. Ever since Midnight had his bladder issues I haven't been able to get them to stop. I've bought extra large litter boxes, I scoop daily, and clean and sanitize the boxes monthly. I do clean the carpets and spot clean all the time but at least twice a year I like to get a professional cleaning, especially before summer when the humidity really makes the smell noticible. Of course no one who comes over notices the smell (or is at least polite enough not to say anything), but Ed and I do and it drives us nuts!
A bonus of leaving work early is lasagna for dinner! It will be done really soon and smells great! I usually make it on the weekends so Ed will have a nice suprise when he gets home from work : )
