school/work
Unfortunately, my amazing new job will soon come to a final end in June. Like most schools, Gary elementary does not have sufficient funds for the following school year and must make appropriate cuts. I already had a feeling this would happen, but the opportunity was worth the risk. I have to start applying again so that I'll have a job for next (school) year. Hopefully, I'll be able to find something in a school and won't have to go back to daycare or worse - retail.
Either way, a job is a job. I think I'm in a decent position because I'm about three classes away from completing my ESL endorsement. I'll be finished by the end of July and I'll probably take the necessary test to become qualified to teach bilingual classes in the fall.
Hopefully, I can move out with in a year or so. I feel like I'm kind of too old as it is, but I prefer to save $$.
Also, this summer I might go to Mexico. Jeremy has an aunt that lives in Guadalajara. Nothing has been confirmed or anything...but, that would be so amazing. Freaking miss that country.
