I've taken the liberty of checking your files to make sure I have a general sense of what we're all capable of. We all seem to have self defense down, but I'd still like to suggest unit tai chi chuan training for its health, focus, and calming benefits. Daimon-san, no offense, but I'm looking at you. I'd like to run this every morning or maybe every two mornings as a unit. Does this sound agreeable to everyone?
Also, a bit of friendly advice from your new Captain: Don't listen to Terriermon.
