1. There's a difference between legs-cuffs and hand-cuffs. They might also have variants of hand-cuffs, but unless they do what I have at home is the legs-cuffs.

2. How to take of any buttoned top, while hand-cuffed. It can prove useful in other situations.

3. It's always a good idea to get arrested with doctors. It's quite likely that they'd be carrying a book with them, and after a certain amount of time, you'd probably finish yours. A different conclusion might be that there's a majority of geeks amongst activists.

4. Unless you don't believe in solidarity, always make sure to triple (or more) the amount of food you're packing. One or two bites of pita for each person don't count as lunch.

5. The taking of finger-prints is a very dirty business.

6. Card games are recommended as a good way to reconnect with the officers.

7. If the police estimations of eye colours and height reflect on any way on their estimations in general, they shouldn't be trusted in any way.
