Three cheers for hotwater

I've been having cold showers since Monday night as our hot water didn't work. But now we finally have hot water again. The thing that really pisses me off though is that we could have had hot water days ago if the first plumber to come out had taken a closer look at things as it was a simple fix. But no that didn't happen so Dad kept ringing up and then they waited a few days to get a part as that was what it sounded like the problem was, but no one actually came and check that that was the problem. So they only needed a part they always have around, and could have fixed it all up days before.

Why couldn't this have happened in summer when it didn't matter so much?
