Sunday Movie Night is Top Secret
Good afternoon fabulous people,
The next Question House Sunday Night Movie is Sunday July 11th. The film will be the satire Top Secret! (1984), written by the guys who wrote Airplane! (1980), and starring a young Val Kilmer in his first movie.
Anyway, as always, show up at 7:30, movie starts at 8.
Many of the jokes in Top Secret are in Yiddish or German. Speakers of either are encouraged to show up and explain the jokes to us.
The barbecue was so much fun last time, who knows, we might do it again. I’ll let you know if we do.
Movie nights for the remainder of July and all of August may have to be cancelled or rescheduled; looking at the schedule I see that we are either camping, visiting family in Canada, or at summer concerts almost every Sunday until Labour Day. We might be able to squeeze some Sunday night movie nights in there though. We could also have guest hosts while we’re gone. I’ll keep you posted.
