Back from Water Woman
Eric and I are back from a delightful long weekend in the woods with new friends and old. We were camped in "Lion's Park" just outside of Garden bay on the beautiful Sunshine Coast of BC.
The event was originally to be in Squamish but the giant rock slide caused some creative rearranging.
The sunshine coast is beautiful and, despite it being a Canadian long weekend, we had no problem getting onto the ferries both coming and going.
Some favorite moments:
- Romping around in the woods, as it gets darker and darker
- Swimming in Ruby Lake
- Hours spent at the Picnic Table feasting, drinking, chatting
- Lounging in the art gallery
- Looking at the stars and seeing meteors
- Sunday night's "Water Ceremony" complete with didgeridoo
- Spending time in the psychesonics yurt
