1. arrived 5:30 or 6 p.m. drop stuff at Megan's in Brooklyn
2. Go to Mama Mia. God I hate that show. cool that Lauren got to be in it, thought.
3. Stay at Miko's. Awkward.
4. Mail 1/2 the clothes I packed to montana because FUCK ME if I was going to carry that much shit until June 6th.
5. Meet up with Russell - we wander cities really well together
6. Drop stuff at Benny's
7. To East Village w/Russell, find italian restaurant, spend too much on food but totally worth it.
8. Drink Portuguese wine and wander around village w/Russell
9. Play pool w/Russell and Benny
10. see Megan and David
11. Dinner w/Benny's family
12. Meet up w/Russell - head downtown
13. Chill & drink tequila in "marie's crisis" on Grove street - bar peopled by folks singing showtunes. Wow.
14. Attempt various gay clubs
15. Go to "spirit" where Russell gets us invited to some after party (I have no idea where it was) which is SO WEIRD. gay male subculture = disturbing. yikes. Grinding, v-shaped boys blowing coke in corners and trying to kiss me while telling R how beautiful he is. I mean really, guys, do you realize how fucked up this all is? Obviously, I got no action. Probably for the best at this point.
